In June, Jerry Jost, president and founder of Jost Chemical Co., was awarded the 2010 Energy/Chemicals Entrepreneur Of The Year in the Central Midwest region that includes Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. According to Ernst & Young LLP., this award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs whose ingenuity, hard work and innovation have created successful and growing businesses.
The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year awards celebrate their 24th anniversary in 2010. The program honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptional and sustained performance in such areas as innovation, perseverance in the face of obstacles, finance, and personal commitment to their employees and communities.

Jost Chemical shall fully comply with all REACH requirements for
those Jost Chemical products that have been identified as impacted
by REACH.
In response to REACH, Jost Chemical has implemented the following:
- A REACH O.R. (Only Representative) has been appointed. - The requisite
professional staff of REACH Regulatory specialists has been developed.
- All Jost Chemical products that have been identified as impacted
by REACH have been pre-registered in accordance with REACH requirements.
