Jost offers a competitive benefits package, including health care, dental, short-and long-term disability and life insurance. Employees become eligible for these benefits after a two-month waiting period.
Holidays: Regular full-time employees are eligible for up to 9 holidays (72 hours) each year.
Personal Time Off: Employees become eligible for paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of continuous employment. Increased PTO becomes available after 2, 5, 7 and 12 years.

Pension: Jost offers a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) plan, in which we contribute up to 20% of the eligible employee’s annual salary (amount determined by production and profit goals.) Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in SEP after one year of employment.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment background inquiry, which includes a criminal background check and drug screening. Some positions may also require a physical assessment and respirator fit. Upon hiring, employees are subject to monthly, on-site random drug testing as a condition of employment. Federal law requires employees to present documentation that confirms eligibility for employment in the United States.
