From its beginnings in 1985 with a manufacturing plant in St. Louis’ historic ‘The Hill’ neighborhood, Jost Chemical has grown into a company globally recognized for high purity standards, serving critical industries worldwide essential components in life-saving medications, nutritional supplements, and advanced biotechnology applications. Expanding its capabilities over the years, Jost Chemical relocated to a 40,000-square-foot plant in St. Louis County in 1994, followed by multiple expansions, including a 185,000-square-foot facility in 2021. The company also extended its global footprint with a 57,000-square-foot production facility in Kościan, Poland, in 2019. Over the past four decades, Jost has driven significant advancements in production processes and quality control, redefining industry expectations for purity and reliability.
