Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) is an EU regulation that addresses the production and use of chemical substances. It directly impacts products manufactured by Jost Chemical, and our company complies fully with all REACH requirements for products that have been identified as impacted by REACH.
In response to REACH, Jost Chemical has implemented the following:
- Appointed a REACH-only representative
- Developed the requisite professional staff of REACH regulatory specialists
- Pre-registered all Jost products that have been identified as impacted by REACH in accordance with REACH requirements
