Jost Chemical Co. FAQ's

1. What is the minimum order quantity?
   The minimum order is one drum, which for most products is 50 kg /110 LB.
2. Can I purchase less than one drum of material?
   Yes. There is a repacking charge of $200.
3. What types of containers are used to package products from Jost?
   Jost standard packaging is fiber drums. For European customers, products are shipped in 25 Kilogram boxes.
   Jost is flexible to meet our customer’s packaging requirements whether it is super sacks, paper bags, etc. Please contact Sales/Customer Service to discuss your requirements.
4. What are Jost Chemical’s payment terms?
   Net 30 days with established credit.
5. Can I pay with a credit card?
   Unfortunately Jost does not accept credit cards. We can either set up a credit account or we can accept a check or a money order in advance.
6. What are Jost’s shipping terms?
   For products shipped from our St. Louis manufacturing plants, products are shipped F.O.B. St. Louis.
7. Does Jost manufacture its products?
   Jost Chemical manufactures over 150 products in our St. Louis, Missouri facilities.
8. Does Jost have capabilities to manufacture products not listed on the website?
   YES! Please contact our Sales Department to discuss your requirements.
9. Is Jost able to meet customer specific specification requirements?
   YES. Since Jost manufactures and tests our own products, we can easily work with customers to meet specific product requirements.
10. Are products manufactured by Jost both BSE/TSE free and Allergen free?
    YES. All products manufactured by Jost are BSE/TSE free and Allergen free.
